Exclusive to members, NAWL’s Leadership Program is a virtual, multi-week, intensive cohort occurring annually in the fall. The Program seeks to strengthen participants’ leadership skills and build their professional networks. It is intended for members in a mid-to-senior career stage who are ready to advance to the next level.
Our Committees and Affinity Groups give all members the chance to raise their hand to lead. Affinity Group members create and present virtual events. Committee members organize our conferences, produce our podcasts, and plan regional events.
The coaches on the NAWL Coaching Roster are experienced and eager to work with women lawyers. Let them help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Twice a year, we hold a virtual session on the best practices for NAWL leadership. We share tips for success and provide a forum for current leaders to connect and ask questions. The sessions are open to Affinity Group Chairs, Committee Chairs, and NAWL Board members.
