Nadia Aziz previously served as Deputy Director of the Arab American Institute and Associate Director of the James Byrd, Jr. Center to Stop Hate at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Aziz has spent her career combating hate crimes and promoting a community and victim-centered approach to countering hate, and ensuring that these targeted communities have the resources needed to hold perpetrators of hate crimes accountable. Aziz is an attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
