As the Chief Advocacy & Innovation Officer at The Chicago Bar Foundation (CBF), Roya Samarghandi  plays a key role in the CBF's mission of making the justice system more fair and accessible for everyone through her work on legislative and policy advocacy, innovation initiatives and the CBF Patton Legal Aid Training Academy.

Outside of work, Roya enjoys traveling, live music, exploring all of Chicago's incredible restaurants, and spoiling her rescue dog, Leo.
