When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Monica Dula wrote:

"The achievement that I am most proud of is being the Chair of the Women Lawyers Division of the National Bar Association. During my tenure, we focused on building allyship and creating a sisterhood environment where we embraced each other. We had a retreat where we focused on developing Networks and Professional Alliances."
