When asked to reflect on her proudest moments, Judy Man-Ling Lam wrote:

“I am honored to be recognized by NAWL in the splendid company of many women lawyers dedicated to elevating women in the profession.

To tap into the collective wisdom and community of women lawyers, I’ve convened and led several groups of the Lam Mentoring Circle, gathering women at various stages of their career and in different practice areas, and building trusted resources and supportive cheerleaders for one another as we rise and navigate in our challenging careers.

I also developed and produced a day-long seminar for women lawyers called Phoenix Rising – this led to other programs for various bar associations focused on skill and confidence building for women lawyers and the obstacles we often face in the legal profession.”
