What coaching services do you provide?

My coaching spans major life and career transitions such as promotions, job change & search, layoffs etc. I am most excited to work with people who sense that change is imminent or that change needs to happen.

What is your coaching philosophy?

I believe that career and life are integrated. I coach the whole person and I love to meet my clients right where they are. No matter where that is on their journey. I tell them they are the experts on themselves and I will serve as a guide. Together, we can dream about what’s next and forge a path forward; on purpose and in their purpose.

What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

I am here to radically inspire generations of women who will change the world. I believe that purpose-driven women are unstoppable in the pursuit of their dreams.

My goal is to empower women lawyers in particular to unleash their purpose, cultivate their dreams, and access their inner power.

Tell us about your training and certifications as a coach.

I’m currently enrolled in an ICF Level 2 coaching program which concludes in March 2025. I will sit for the ICF ACC exam in the next 2-3 months. I’ve also undertaken BetterUp Coaching Foundations training (Summer 2023).
