What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?
During my corporate days as an HR executive, I've had many interactions with in-house lawyers, as well as outside legal counsels. What I've noticed is that, although highly represented, very few female lawyers would make it to Partner level. I noticed the same within companies; very few would become Corporate or Business GC. Most recently, I came across an early career lawyer struggling to define career choices and ending up taking a role driven by financial consideration yet struggling with sense or purpose and worth. This may not be unique to the legal field, but it would be a privilege and and a joy to coach and support women lawyers on their developmental journey.
