What is your coaching philosophy?

Your career is a long-term investment. It will undoubtedly grow and evolve. Advancing from one stage to the next can be exciting but also daunting. Whether you are looking to change jobs, tackling new management and leadership roles and responsibilities or considering a significant career transition, coaching focused on your individual success can be invaluable.

My approach to career coaching meets you where you are. This will include working together to (i) reflect upon your values, preferences and unique strengths; (ii) understand and define your longer term vision and/or shorter term options/versions; (iii) set meaningful, measurable and time-bound goals and action steps to help you achieve your goals; (iv) identify relevant resources including mentors and sponsors; and (v) monitor your progress.

What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

The legal profession has benefitted greatly from the robust participation of women lawyers.

I believe that the integral involvement of women in the legal profession is essential to its continued success.

I am excited to see women engaging vigorously in the legal profession. I understand, however, that women are often pulled in multiple directions. Each woman's path to success is unique to her. It excites me to learn what each woman I coach wants from her career, what she values, what motivates her, and what brings her meaning and joy. It brings me joy to coach her to build on these core factors, to explore ways to navigate a fulfilling career and to integrate it into a fulfilling life.
