What services do you provide in addition to coaching?
I provide speaking and training services to law firms and legal organizations and teams on topics of well-being, emotional intelligence, leadership, and business development. I also host an online program called the EsquireWell Academy.
What is your coaching philosophy?
I believe that every person is capable of solving their own problems and navigating their challenges. My role as a coach is to create the space for that process, acting as a sounding board, a mirror, and a guide through thought-provoking questions that help them uncover their own solutions. At times, I offer ideas, insights, and perspectives to spark new thinking, but I recognize that the most impactful solutions are the ones the person being coached develops and fully commits to.
Coaching is not about giving answers but about empowering individuals to tap into their strengths, gain clarity, and build confidence in their own decision-making. The real transformation happens when people feel ownership of their path forward, and I am honored to walk alongside them as they take those steps.
What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?
As a woman lawyer, I understand the unique challenges women face in the legal profession. I’m passionate about helping them build confidence, develop strategies for success, and overcome obstacles like imposter syndrome, work-life balance struggles, and perfectionism. Coaching offers a space for self-awareness and resilience, empowering women to define success on their own terms and thrive, even in challenging environments.
It’s incredibly rewarding to witness those moments when a woman recognizes her strength and clarity—leading with purpose, advocating for herself, and embracing her authentic self. Supporting that journey is both inspiring and an honor.
