What is your coaching philosophy?
My coaching is based on International Coaching Federation (ICF) methodology and coaching competencies, neuroscience of change, coaching best practices, and proven methods of supporting human development and growth. I take a "lead from behind" approach, partnering with my clients to unlock the resources and capabilities inside them to remove the obstacles in their way.
What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?
After decades operating as a woman lawyer, I understand the unique challenges women face in the profession. As a senior corporate executive and former General Counsel, I benefitted profoundly from working with coaches who helped me become more effective as a leader and adviser, and happier and more fulfilled in my personal life. Now, as a coach, I’m inspired to help other women lawyers find purpose, live with agency and intent, enrich their relationships, gain perspective, resilience and strength, positively impact their organizations, their families, and their communities, live with peace, and achieve their goals.
