What coaching services do you provide?

Executive Coaching

What services do you provide in addition to coaching?

Somatic Experiencing (body-based approach to addressing trauma). This is integrated into my coaching work.

What is your coaching philosophy?

I believe that the most impactful and sustainable outward shifts originate from inner change. I work with leaders to understanding their unique inner landscape and to find a path toward growth that honors their unique strengths.

What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

I spent 18 years as a woman lawyer, working first as a litigator at the US Department of Justice, and eventually as the Executive Director of a civil rights organization. As a coach, I now support many women lawyers. I believe the legal profession needs the voices and perspectives of women. I am deeply committed to supporting women lawyers to step into their power and unique gifts, to shape their work environments and ultimately the profession more broadly.
