It’s been quite the career journey. From modern-day dairy farmer and entrepreneur to sales executive, today, I work as a coach. You might say I've always been fascinated by behavioral systems, but my interest has evolved from designing and working within controlled animal environments to supporting humans through life's transitions where there aren't defined fences.

The clients who find me tend to be high-achieving individuals who may be prone to overthinking and perfectionism—talented individuals struggling with the weight of their gifts and how they will leverage them to get where they want to go.

In short, I work with people who are stuck in some way. Those who may have tried to move forward on their own but keep hitting brick walls.

Entrepreneurs, changemakers in the legal profession, non-profit leaders, and rising executive stars comprise the bulk of my practice.

My approach is rooted in psychology and behavioral science, supported by ongoing training and supervision.

Working with me isn’t just about checking the boxes. My most successful clients break through their roadblocks and find fun in the process. Whether you’re looking to build better team relationships, elevate your leadership, transition to a new phase of life, or simply reignite a creative zest for the life you’re living, I’d consider it an honor to partner with you, to bear witness to your growth journey, and work with you to find the path forward.

What coaching services do you provide?

One-on-one coaching, in-person coaching, and group coaching.

What services do you provide in addition to coaching?

Working group retreats, speaking, workshops.

What is your coaching philosophy?

We have to be a good fit, otherwise working together simply won’t work. Coaching is an investment in yourself, but the magic is in the working relationship. You must find the right partner for the process.

I don’t believe we can determine this in one 30-minute meeting.

With most clients, I will do a series of sessions up front, free of charge, to clarify goals, talk through our working relationship, and experience what coaching with me might look like. It is my gift to you, given freely without expectation.

If we both decide we’re a good fit, we will hit the ground running and start working right away.

I believe that only you know what's best for you. The heart of change includes retooling our gifts and the habits and systems we’ve set up in our lives. I can’t determine for you what will be sustainable long term, thus I will not be telling you what to do. But that’s part of what we will determine together, what you will experiment with in real time between our sessions.

I have developed a library of tools and resources that I will share with you as it is helpful in order to better serve your goals and to make meaningful progress.

What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

Women shaped me. Period.

In my life and career as a gay man, it has been women who have shoved open doors and held the door as we ran through together. I've done my damndest to return the favor every chance I get.

We simply need more women leaders. We know what happens when women rise and take the reins. How it impacts systems.

Some of the fiercest, smartest, most benevolent people I've had the pleasure to meet are women who are changing the world every damned day in the legal profession.

I wish only to partner with you as you chart your way forward toward the life you were meant to live. Whether it be by rising in the ranks of a firm/company or by sitting taller in your own power and influence, I will work hard to earn your trust every day so you can get where you need to go.

Tell us about your training and certifications as a coach.

I trained at the prestigious Hudson Institute of Coaching, and I'm certified through Hudson and the International Coaching Federation (ACC).
