To learn more about offerings, structure, pricing, and other details:
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of coaching. I have personally experienced the transformational impact it has had on my life and the lives of my clients. I am passionate about helping people reach their peak performance potential. I am so excited to use my myriad of education, professional and life experiences to bring personalized, whole hearted, thoughtful and transformative coaching services. I walk my talk and I love to coach.
I hold dual certifications from International Coaching Federation (ICF)(ACC path) and National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). My coaching incorporates neuroscience, brain health, neuroarts, science of happiness, emotional intelligence(EQ), and positive psychology/positive intelligence all of which contribute to sustainable peak performance and fulfillment. I also have a passion for longevity science, nutritional density cooking/food as medicine and yoga.
What coaching services do you provide?
I provide executive/leadership and health and wellness coaching services. I am a qualified yoga instructor as well as a trained natural chef (which focus in on eating with a focus on nutritional density) which I incorporate into my coaching. I am also trained in the areas of brain health and neuroscience of leadership.
By combining expertise in yoga, nutrition, brain health, and leadership, I am able to offer clients a deeply integrated path to both personal and professional growth. This multifaceted approach can help clients not only enhance their leadership abilities but also nurture their overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What services do you provide in addition to coaching?
My practice is focused on coaching, but I take a whole person approach and apply not only my coach training but also my learnings in health and wellness (via yoga, mindfulness and healthy eating) and creativity (via my experiences with photography and writing). I aim to provide clients with a well-rounded, transformative experience. My approach not only helps clients with their immediate goals but also supports long-term growth and resilience in many areas of life.
What is your coaching philosophy?
My coaching philosophy is the belief that everyone has unlimited potential achieve peak performance in their career and personal life. Through creating a safe space to speak and be listened to deeply, I allow clients to explore their authentic selves and reconnect with their values and purpose which empowers clients to make conscious shifts in their mindset, habits, and beliefs. I believe the foundation of change is to up-level your physiology to gain confidence, resilience and strength to overcome obstacles that will be encountered in the process of change. I am inspired by Richard Boyatzis’ Compassionate Coaching Model, which focuses on strengths (and less on deficits). This model uses the neuroscience of motivation and growth via the concept of Positive Emotional Attractors —positive states that inspire and energize people – in order to provide a bridge for clients to connect to their inner values, dreams, and future aspirations in a way that generates enthusiasm and lasting motivation.
What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?
My passion for coaching women lawyers comes from a deep well of personal experience and insight into the unique challenges and rewards of the legal profession. Having practiced law both in the US and the UK gives me a unique perspective that can be especially valuable to those I am coaching. Many lawyers face stress, burnout, and other personal and professional hurdles that can limit their impact, and my understanding of how those challenges can be overcome could make a huge difference in their careers. Lawyers play such an important role in society and it is so important that they have the support and knowledge to maintain their health and well-being to enable them to best support their own clients as well as continue to be able to show up as the person they want to be in the world.
