I believe in a practical, compassionate approach to coaching. I empower female lawyers with actionable strategies they can immediately apply. Using compassion and a sense of humor, I create a supportive environment where clients feel understood and motivated to grow, allowing them to explore and address their challenges.

What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?

What excites me most about coaching women lawyers is helping them reach their full potential and move past obstacles in their path. Women in law bring resilience, perspective, and dedication, yet they face unique challenges. I'm passionate about helping them identify these barriers, build confidence to overcome them, and leverage their strengths to thrive. Seeing women step into their potential, free from self-doubt, is inspiring. With over 20 years of experience with female attorneys in law firms and corporations, I find it fulfilling to support them as they gain clarity, refine their voices, and expand their influence. I'm energized by the chance to guide them toward a career where they're achieving and redefining success on their terms.

I have many certifications, including Insights Discovery, Insights Success, Emergenetics, Social Styles, EQ2.0, PDI Profiler, and many other tools. I have successfully coached female lawyers at all levels, including CLOs, managing partners, and senior associates.
