What coaching services do you provide?
I coach lawyers on time management, practice management, and career management. I specialize in working with solo lawyers and law firm associates who struggle with prioritizing work, getting organized or creating a long-term career plan.
What services do you provide in addition to coaching?
I also help lawyers who are job-searching redo their LinkedIn profiles and create compelling cover letters.
What is your coaching philosophy?
My coaching philosophy stems from Greg McKeown's book Essentialism where he discusses the "disciplined pursuit of less." I help lawyers get clear on just a few priorities and pursue them with intentionality, while setting aside all the noise and stuff that doesn't matter. I'm all about making life easier and finding flow rather than complicating matters.
What interests or excites you about coaching women lawyers?
I love to help lawyers re-design their jobs so that they have more time to build lives they love. I am passionate about helping them find time and learn that they don't have to do *all the things* at work in order to be successful.
Tell us about your training and certifications as a coach.
I am certified in the Full Focus time management and productivity system, which is what I mainly coach lawyers on.
I have been in my role as director of professional development for 2.5 years, and I work with lawyers daily on training, performance, goal-setting, etc.
