Susan Ombrellaro is Senior Corporate Counsel at Microsoft’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs, where she has worked in numerous capacities over the years: from U.S. subsidiary General Counsel, to lead negotiator with Microsoft’s global partners across licensing, engineering, and strategic alliance businesses, and from supporting the entrepreneurial rollout of a new global digital sales model for Microsoft, to managing a team of attorneys who supported global professional services delivery negotiations and transactions. Currently, Ombrellaro supports Microsoft’s worldwide Customer and Partner Solutions sales organization with a focus on Artificial Intelligence solutions and platform services for the Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Ombrellaro worked for Washington State's Information Services technology department and had served as solicitor at Allen, Allen & Hemsley law firm in its intellectual property and telecommunications practice in Sydney, Australia.
