Rachel Engelstein serves as Chief Litigation & Compliance Counsel for Standard Industries, a $10B global manufacturing conglomerate operating building materials, solar, specialty chemicals, real estate and logistics companies in 80 countries. She oversees all significant global litigation, covering products liability, regulatory inquiries, complex commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, insurance coverage disputes, environmental matters and personal injury suits. Ms. Engelstein also leads the global compliance function and is responsible for all compliance policies, training and investigations, including data privacy and security, antitrust, anti-bribery and anti-corruption. She also manages the Intellectual Property and Environmental law practice groups within Standard Industries.

Ms. Engelstein has been with Standard, and its affiliates, since 2012. Prior to joining Standard, she was an Associate at Herrick, Feinstein LLP in its litigation group. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Fordham University School of Law.
