Pari is an experienced facilitator, trainer, mediator, and speaker known for her engaging and relatable approach to learning. As a Senior Consultant at inQUEST Consulting, Pari’s expertise lies in fostering sustainable workplace cultures through community building and conflict resolution as well as increasing cultural competency and strengthening inclusive leadership.
Beyond her role at inQUEST Consulting, Pari actively contributes to the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago as a dedicated mediator and trainer. Since 2008, she has volunteered her time and knowledge helping individuals apply effective conflict resolution techniques in various settings. Pari also served as the Training Director at CCR for a decade, leading 110 40-Hour Mediation Skills Trainings and empowering countless individuals with the tools to navigate conflict productively.
Pari graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2010, earning her J.D. with a certificate in Labor and Employment Law. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006.
