Michele M. Jochner is a Partner at Chicago’s Schiller Du Canto & Fleck, LLP office, where she handles complex and contentious divorce matters for her high-asset clients in the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts.

A former judicial law clerk to two Chief Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court, Michele is a recognized thought leader who has authored more than 200 legal practice articles and has been invited to lecture at several dozen seminars nationwide. Michele’s career accomplishments have been repeatedly recognized by her peers, including through being honored as one of the Top 50 Women in Law by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer Magazine, and by receiving the Top Women Lawyers in Leadership Award from the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
