Mallory represents buyers, sellers and management in M&A transactions of varying size and complexity across many industries and sectors, including chemicals, manufacturing, medical device, oil and gas, alcoholic beverages and food and agriculture. She also supports companies with their non-M&A strategic transactions, including joint ventures, restructurings, reorganizations and complex commercial arrangements.


She has extensive expertise on the commercial front, guiding companies through all types of arrangements, assisting with navigating regulatory concerns and negotiating several hundred commercial agreements – supply, production, manufacturing, distribution, purchase, sales, leasing, services, independent contracting and consulting and confidentiality and non-disclosure.
