Jenny Ho is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for the Commercial and Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in New York. Jenny advises and works with outside counsel on documentation for large, syndicated secured and unsecured credit facilities, including engagement letters, commitment letters and credit agreements. She also advises on regulatory and policy matters and coordinates and manages outside counsel.

Prior to joining JPMorgan, Jenny worked in the internal legal group at Bank of America and practiced as a bank finance attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP. Jenny Ho received an A.B. magna cum laude from Brown University and a law degree from The University of Michigan School of Law.
