Grace Fu is Chief Legal & Administrative Officer of Nanit, where she oversees the company’s legal, compliance and human resources functions. She has held numerous senior executive roles in various industries. Previously, she was General Counsel and Secretary of KAYAK and OpenTable, subsidiaries of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG); Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Barneys New York; Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Revlon (NYSE: REV); and Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Tiger Management. Grace began her legal career as an M&A attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City. 

Grace serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian American Bar Association of New York. She has served as an adjunct professor at Fordham University Law School and Cardozo School of Law. Grace received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Harvard University and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she currently serves on the Dean's Alumnae Advisory Council.
