Elizabeth Coleman is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Acting Corporate Secretary at Uber. As a senior advisor to Uber’s CLO, she oversees Uber’s corporate legal functions, which includes Corporate, Litigation, Regulatory, Global Competition, Government Investigation & Special Matters, Employment, Intellectual Property and Marketing. In addition, Elizabeth works closely with Uber’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to guide the company’s governance practices.



Prior to joining Uber in 2019, Elizabeth was a partner at Jenner & Block LLP where she handled high-stakes litigation and sensitive government and internal investigations. She is a member of Northwestern Memorial Hospital Woman’s Board.
