Anna Chu is a long time advocate and champion of civil rights. As Executive Director of We The Action, she channels her prior experience leading civil rights coalitions, fighting for gender justice, and advocating for economic security to mobilize the broader legal community to support social progress.

Anna is an alumni of the National Women's Law Center and the Center for American Progress. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley and the University of Southern California Law School and was formerly a judicial law clerk and an associate at Paul Hastings LLP
