The NAWL Real Estate Affinity Group seeks to promote and connect professionals who support the advancement and interests of women lawyers in commercial real estate (including land use and development). The Group aims to set up a nationwide network of women in commercial real estate who can serve as referral sources as well as local counsel. The Group hosts brainstorming sessions on networking, marketing, and business development in addition to sessions discussing recent developments in real estate law. Another goal of the group is to provide networking opportunities at national and regional real estate conferences (e.g., CREW, ICSC, ULI). We are open to your ideas and suggestions.
