The National Association of Women Lawyers presents "On-Ramp," an initiative designed to help women lawyers who have left active practice re-enter the legal workplace. Our On-Ramp initiative includes NAWL's "Ready to On-Ramp" programs with informative presentations by experts from across the country who have counseled individuals and organizations about professional women returning to the workforce. These events – which are held around the country – also feature panel discussions about "lessons learned" from individuals who have returned to work, provide the employer's perspective on the re-entry process, and give an overview of the needs of the marketplace. Look for this page to include other resources as we become a national clearinghouse for on-ramp information.
